Day 'N' Night

When a hot mess and no time come together you have this

Waking up this morning I had no intention of going anywhere besides the gym, that was until my mother asked me to go run some errands for her. I threw on whatever I could find and that was this.

This college baseball tee has become one of my favorites, it so light weight and extremely comfortable, shout out to my dad for a good buy (it's mine now). Since I knew I was going to be running around a lot I threw on my Nike free flyknit 4.0. No lie, I feel like walking around with these on is what walking on clouds would feel like. They're so comfortable, not bulky and they're cute, you can't go wrong with that.

Now things start to get better. Tonight I'm going to some NYFW event that I had totally forgot about before. So of course as I was getting ready I had no idea what to wear, kept telling myself I had no clothes, basically giving myself a sob story. Then I remembered the weather in New York is finally going down aka leather weather. So I swapped my jeans for some black riding pants, threw on a leather jacket my mother got me, and switched my flyknits for some cut out booties.

I was low key excited to wear these boots because I wanted to show off my Gucci Mane socks my friend Jorél and I caught at the burr print last month.

My outfit is pretty simple but I think my transition from day to night was flawless. Reasoning behind why I say having staple pieces are a must!!!! Especially a leather jacket, that can make a great difference to any outfit.
